Design Leader
Learning, Leading, and Giving
I began my career in Ceramics and Glass, drawn to the tactile relationship between maker, material, and user. Later, during my Master's in Industrial Design at Bezalel, I built a system that read physiological responses during reading — using music and light to amplify emotional peaks in real time. That question, how designed systems can respond to human experience rather than override it, has never left me.
That thread connects where I've been and where I'm headed: years leading design organizations at Amazon and Microsoft, teaching UX and interaction design in Seattle, and now back in Israel — leading design at Intuit while exploring these questions through talks and writing.
I believe design leadership is an act of storytelling, craft, and intellectual honesty — keeping the human experience at the center, even at scale.
