Design Leader

Learning, Leading, and Giving

I began my design journey with an art degree in Ceramics and Glass, drawn to form, function, and the way design shapes how we interact with the world. Today, I lead global product design teams at Remitly, where we build digital wallet and peer-to-peer payment experiences for customers around the world.

Before joining Remitly, I spent nearly six years at Amazon, where I led multiple 0→1 initiatives, including the post-purchase experience for Amazon Devices, creator monetization tools, and Amazon’s first Kickstarter-style commerce model. I also co-founded a startup focused on community-driven product discovery.

My leadership is grounded in mentoring, storytelling, and building strong cross-functional relationships. I’m passionate about helping designers grow, and I bring that energy into every team I lead. I believe in design that’s both strategic and emotional, balancing clarity, empathy, and execution to move products and people forward.

Outside of work, I’ve spoken at events including Seattle Interactive Conference, Amazon DesignCon, and Conflux, and have contributed to panels on tech pathways and design leadership. I continue to share thoughts and lessons through writing, mentorship, and the communities I care about.
